Summer Reading

Welcome to Summer Quest 2025!

We're excited to have you here with us at your Northampton Area Public Library. Summer Quest isn't just for kids. We have plenty of activities for teens and adults of all ages too! We're hoping that our three big events will attract a crowd, so spread the word if you can and make sure to register. Registrations open up on Saturday, June 7th at 9:00 AM

  • Wednesday, June 18th, 3:00 PM: The Science Heroes will be here to tell the Adventure of the Missing Color, complete with science experiments and audience interaction!
  • Thursday, July 31st, 6:30 PM: Mike Familant is bringing his Do You Believe Tour to the library! What's Mike's tour about? Well, if it's Sasquatch, he's seen it, and he has images, stories, and more to show us! Registration is limited to 30 people, so please be sure to secure your spot!
  • Thursday, August 7th, 6:00 PM at Municipal Park Pavilion A: It's a special time for us this August; we're celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the library! Join us at the park for S'mores 'n' More! Each registered participant is guaranteed at least one s'more to devour while we play improv games, tell spooky and interesting stories, and enjoy each other's company.
