Earning & Spending NAPL Bucks
Yes, we're earning NAPL Bucks again this summer! All of our reading and the activities we participate in at the library earn us physical NAPL Bucks. In addition, there are milestones as we progress that earn us extra NAPL Bucks on top of what we would already be making by reading or attending programs!
Read-to-Me (Birth-6)
Remember, each 10 books logged and each activity attended earns $5 NAPL! Plus check out these bonuses:
- Register = $5 NAPL
- Make a Pledge Goal = $5 NAPL
- Complete the Pledge Goal = $20 NAPL
- Log your first 10 books = extra $5 NAPL
- Log 20 books (25%) = extra $10 NAPL
- Log 40 books (50%) = extra $15 NAPL
- Log 60 books (75%) = extra $20 NAPL
- Log 80 books (100%) = extra $25 NAPL
- Log 160 books (200%) = extra $50 NAPL

Spending
Spending NAPL Bucks is easy for both age groups. You can spend your NAPL Bucks at any time throughout the summer; you have until Saturday, August 16, 2025 to spend or return your NAPL Bucks. Once you've saved up enough NAPL Bucks for the prize you like, come into the Library and ask for that specific prize. Remember, prizes are separated by age group: Kids', Teens', Adults'. If that prize is available, it will be brought out to you and exchanged for its' NAPL Bucks price. You give us the NAPL Bucks; we give you the prize!
