Calling all zine-makers! Northampton Area Public Library is now taking submissions for our Zine Library!
What's a Zine?
A zine -- pronounced zeen -- is a self-made magazine. Zines can be created digitally or by hand.
You (yes, you!) can make a zine about...
- A fictional or real-life story.
- Your favorite place.
- A movement or cause you care about.
- Anything!
How It Works
- Submit your zine to the library for review. You may either submit a paper copy or a digital copy of your zine for review. Be sure to provide a name and a valid email address with your submission.
- Once it is approved, your zine will become a part of our zine library! Please note that the zine library will operate differently than our other collections. Patrons may take zines to keep, or they may bring them back. We will do our best to replace zines (i.e.: make new copies) as needed.
