We miss seeing you at the Library! The staff at NAPL love helping you find your next read, providing programming, and offering a community space. Until we meet again we hope you will check out what NAPL has to offer online. At this time all Pennsylvania libraries are closed through April 6 at least. To help you pass the time please check out the list below.
As of Wednesday, March 25, 2020, Governor Wolf has issued "Stay at Home" orders for Northampton and Lehigh counties.
In light of this, we are closing our book and media drops until further notice. Please keep your library items at home. No items are due and fines are not being charged at this time.
During this time of public health consciousness, we want to remind you that we offer digital resources that you can access from the comfort of your own home. You can access any of them 24/7 on this website.
As of Friday, March 13, 2020, the library will be closed from Saturday, March 14 through Monday, April 6, with a possible reopen date of Tuesday, April 7. During this time all programs and meetings are cancelled. Items are not due during this time and fines will not accrue.

In the face of a significant increase in the numbers of confirmed cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in mainland China and other countries, many residents are understandably worried and fearful.
