Friends of Northampton Area Public Library is thrilled to announce they will be offering one $250 scholarship to any graduating senior living within the Northampton Area School District planning to continue their education.
This scholarship will be rewarded based on merit.
Deadline is 4 PM Wednesday, May 15, 2019

We held our first ever Nailed It! teen competition this past week. Our winner for both rounds was Viola R.! Congratulations, Viola!

Congratulations to Samantha N. who won our Miss Peregrine's Photo contest. Her winning entry is named "Natalie Roberts" and their peculiarity is power mimicry.

Miss Peregrine's Peculiar Photo Contest
Take a photo, use an old photo, make your own photo. Modify them however you like. Create a peculiar character like that in Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children.
Entries must be in black and white or sepia tones, and include the character’s name and their peculiarity.
All entries can be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org or at the NAPL Help Desk.
Winner will be awarded $15 Amazon gift card.
Jack Frost Parade
Teen Task Force will once again be participating in the Jack Frost Parade. Our float this year is 200 years of Frankenstein! If you would like to help build the float and /or participate in the parade, please fill out the attached forms and return them to the library.
You can complete this program without ever cracking a book o_O BUT you cannot complete it without reading AND interacting with the library.
1. Register at the library with your library card for a chance to win great prizes. Pick up your packet at the library.
2. Participate by doing one or more of the following activities.
