Storytime is back in session for our youngest children!

If you have children ages 0-24 months, you are most welcome to join our lapsit where you can continue to bond with your children through stories, rhymes, songs, and fingerplays. Learn the best age appropriate things to teach your children and have fun while doing it!

Should the weather cooperate, we will be outside. If not, we will need to utilize the community room.

Read to a dog in the Children's Room of the library! Our certified therapy dog Sunshine loves to be read to. 

Kids can make enormous strides in building self-esteem and confidence while acquiring a love of books by reading TO a therapy dog. Utilizing a registered therapy animal and their human teammate in a calm and relaxing atmosphere, this program helps improve children’s reading, communication, and social skills.

Registration is required but please call to sign up for a 15 minute slot. First come, first serve. 

Ages 5-10.

Join us for a special storytime offered by the Pennsylvania Classical Ballet Academy.  The principal dancer portraying the Sugar Plum Fairy will be on hand to read The Nutcracker, do  a simple arts and crafts project, and will be available for photos.  Registration is required. Ages 2 and up.  Parents/Caregivers do not need to register.  Space is limited.
